• Our brochure service offers best value when taken as part of our fully integrated service, but may also be ordered as a stand alone service.
   

Design

We offer a range of brochure solutions for estate agents:

• We can design bespoke brochures based upon your preferences.

• We can produce brochures to a standard style, but customised to each property

• We can provide brochures laid out to a standard template.
   

Style

• All our designs can include your logos, colours, etc. to match your house style.
   

Printing

• We can provide various shapes and sizes of brochure to suit your needs.
• Our printers are chosen to get the best quality for a fair price.
• We normally provide digitally printed brochures with a glossy laminate finish, but can provide offset litho printing for larger orders (typically 500).
• Digital printing allows shorter print runs. 100 offers good economy, but 50 is still practical.
   

Web Site Copy

• We can also provide digital copies of the brochure for mounting on your web site. These are optimised for fast download and home printing.
   

Prices

• Prices start from £80.00 for 100 (laminated A4 250gsm, colour both sides, template brochure)
• Price varies with size, design input, print run and card weight.
